Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026 · Effective immediately
Kryz Payment Terminal is an independent automation software tool developed for Malaysian software engineers. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd, Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd, CIMB Group, Bank Negara Malaysia, or Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet).
1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Scope
By creating an account, generating API credentials, or integrating the Kryz Payment Terminal API into any website, application, or service, you ("Merchant" or "Developer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and delete your API keys.
2. Nature of Notification-Based Verification (notification_only)
Kryz Payment Terminal operates as an automated Android push notification listener and matching engine. When an incoming peer-to-peer transfer notification appears on the operator host device with an amount corresponding to an open transaction, the gateway pairs that notification and delivers a signed webhook to the Merchant's endpoint.
Every verified payment payload contains "verification": "notification_only". An incoming push notification is not a cryptographic or bank-guaranteed proof of the sender's identity. Merchant explicitly understands and agrees that:
- Transactions are heuristic and match based solely on exact unique sen amounts received within a 10-minute expiry window.
- Operating systems, device battery optimizers, or telecommunications latency may occasionally delay or suppress push notifications.
- Merchant assumes sole responsibility for goods or services delivered upon receiving
notification_onlyevents.
3. Pricing, Sen Offset Fee & Balance Ledger
Kryz Payment Terminal utilizes a deterministic sen offset algorithm (adding 1 to 99 sen to the order total, e.g., RM 20.00 becomes RM 20.07):
- Merchant Balance: Upon successful transaction receipt, exactly 100% of the Merchant's requested base order amount (
base_amount_sen) is credited to the Merchant's ledger balance. - Gateway Matching Fee: The unique offset sen amount (1–99 sen) constitutes the gateway platform fee and is retained by Kryz Payment Terminal for infrastructure, hosting, and matching services.
- Fees are earned and recognized strictly when an incoming payment is confirmed with status
received.
4. Merchant Withdrawals & Settlement
Merchants may request withdrawals of their cleared ledger balance via their Merchant Dashboard:
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal threshold is RM 1.00.
- Platform Withdrawal Fee: 0% (free standard manual settlement).
- Settlement Destination: Verified Malaysian bank account (via DuitNow) or registered Touch 'n Go eWallet phone number matching the merchant identity.
- Safety Review & Timeline: All withdrawal requests are subjected to manual security checks to protect against fraudulent transfers and account takeovers. Reviews are typically executed within 1 to 2 hours during active operating hours (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM UTC+8), or within 24 hours otherwise.
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Kryz Payment Terminal for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes under Malaysian law. Strictly prohibited activities include:
- Unlicensed gambling, betting, lotteries, or casino activities.
- Fraud, phishing, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or counterfeit goods.
- Sale of illegal narcotics, weapons, unauthorized financial securities, or adult content.
- Any attempt to reverse engineer, flood, DDoS, or probe the gateway endpoints or host Android devices.
Any breach of this section results in immediate and permanent account suspension, API key invalidation, and forfeiture of ledger balances pending law enforcement referral.
6. Strict Limitation of Liability & Cap
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER MALAYSIAN LAW, KRYZ PAYMENT TERMINAL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REGULATORY FINES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
